The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88eff employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed, all balances forfeited, and any winnings generated across duplicate accounts will be voided.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and must maintain the accuracy of your Account information at all times. Any material misrepresentation in your account registration details — including your name, date of birth, address, or payment details — entitles 88eff to immediately close your Account and void all balances and pending transactions without recourse.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88eff login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. 88eff will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be considered to have been authorised by you. You must notify 88eff immediately via the support channels if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Your 88eff Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise deal in your Account, your Account balance, or any loyalty points or benefits associated with your Account. Any attempt to transfer an Account or its contents constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure with balance forfeiture.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the 88eff Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88eff does not charge currency conversion fees. Funds deposited in PKR are held in PKR and withdrawn in PKR through the payment method used for deposit or an approved alternative method as determined by 88eff.
88eff currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and USDT cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary by User account status, verification level, and operational circumstances. 88eff reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Users may set voluntary deposit limits at any time through Account Settings. Deposit limits that reduce a User's existing limit take effect immediately; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 88eff reserves the right to request proof of payment source before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary based on payment provider processing times, verification requirements, and volume. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending investigation where 88eff has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Note: 88eff is not responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions. Quoted processing times reflect 88eff's internal processing only.
By depositing funds into your 88eff Account, you warrant that all funds are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. Deposits suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be reversed and reported to the relevant authorities.
88eff offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and Loyalty Programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific Bonus Terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of conflict between these Terms and Bonus Terms, the Bonus Terms govern for matters specific to the promotion.
The 88eff Loyalty Programme operates on a points-accrual basis across all gaming products. In the event of any software error, malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of any game or transaction, 88eff reserves the right to void the relevant game round or transaction and restore the User's Account to the state immediately prior to the error. Winnings generated as a result of a system error are not payable and will be reversed. "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is" — obvious errors in odds, payouts, or bonus credit must be reported to 88eff support immediately rather than exploited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88eff Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, balance forfeiture, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content, materials, software, designs, graphics, logos, trade names, text, data, and other intellectual property forming part of the 88eff Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of 88eff or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, 88eff reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, and to void all pending bets and withdrawals. Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to User breach, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the User through a mutually agreed payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request closure of your 88eff Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Outstanding Real Money Balances will be disbursed to your verified withdrawal method following Account closure, subject to any outstanding verification or investigation requirements. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect and override the standard closure timeline.

88eff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where no objection is received within the notice period, the amended Terms will be deemed accepted by the User.
